Basically when I select STMP settings on my printer and click test connection, with my current settings and port I am able to get it to say “Connection to PC successful” whereas before I was not. Have you tried searching the Ricoh forums?

Thanks for marking this as the answer. I have been working at this unsuccessfully for about 15 hours straight with no luck. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot 611 to this thread.

In reply to JustinMee’s post on October 16, First I was trying to use port 25 and now Firstly, is this printer on the same network as your computer, and if so, may I ask why you are wanting to email the scan to yourself, rather than doing the scan from your computer?
